Parco Ellera is found in the upper part of the town of Ateleta, 1 Km from the S.S. 652 expressway exit. Close to the imposing Alps this park is in an extremely convenient and panoramic setting, along the secondary road that leads from Ateleta to Roccaraso, which can be reached by car in around 10 minutes.

The complex is currently composed of three buildings, functional and independent, which will become five in total when work is completed, each containing nine units of a variety of sizes and of different styles and layouts.

There are essentially two types on the ground floor, set out on one floor for each building and composed of a living room with a kitchen corner, two bedrooms and bathroom. Furthermore, there are another two types on the first floor, set out over two levels; on the first level we find the living room with the kitchen corner and a bathroom and on the second floor or attic there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The surface area of all four types varies from approx. 40 m² to 55 m² and feature a garden and cellar on the basement level.

For parking spaces, there is a covered car park on the underground level and an outdoor car park that can be accessed from the secondary road that leads to Roccaraso.
The park also has an outdoor swimming pool and outdoor communal areas.
