The park is found on the secondary road leading from Castel di Sangro to Roccaraso, approximately 3 Km from the site of the renowned ski station. Lot 5, the first of a total of five lots being built, comprises four buildings in the shape of a courtyard, plus a fifth building or annex situated along the main road that connects the whole complex, at the highest zone.

The four building are formed of 18 terraced houses, each with a living room, kitchen corner and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. In addition to this, the houses feature a private garden, garage-storeroom and portico in the communal part of the courtyard, for a total surface area of around 70 m² standard.

The fifth building is composed of 4 apartments, two of which are on the ground floor and measure around 65 m² as standard, with private garden, and two are on the first floor measuring around 57 m², plus a central terraced house of around 86 m², with a private garden.

Similar lots will complete the whole project to form a complex that will feature an outdoor pool, multi-use pitch, shopping area, pedestrian zones, a tended green area, a small church and amphitheatre area.

ALONG THE ROAD YOU WILL FIND SIGNS WITH THAT READ “WE ARE BUILDING AN OASIS OF RELAXATION”.
